Google Analytics Advanced Features:

Everybody wants to call everything in short . Right?
Here, We can call the Google analytics advanced feature as [PFI] i.e:

  2. Flexible
  3. Intelligent

Powerful No:1


Ok, Let's we can see what's powerful now in Google analytics

Ya, definetely it is powerful, Once you read this post, you will also admit it.

All we know very well, we can't set more than 4 goals in one profile, is n't it. If you have more than 4 goals,you need to create duplicate profile to set the goals right. Now, there is no need to

create the duplicate profile. Now you can set up to 20 goals per profile. Can't believe it !. You should believe wait for some time from now, we can see this in our account.

Mobile Reporting:


Now we can measure mobile website and mobile apps in Google analytics. With this, we can focus more on mobile marketing.

Advanced Analysis features


I think Everyone know, we have pivot table and secondary dimension in Google Analytics right!, very recently Google has applied this features in all our accounts.

okay, now let's let's come to see what is the advanced analysis features...

For example, if we want to see how much revenue happened in the particular city for the particular keywords and from which source the visits attained.
All that, we can see now in google analytics with the help of pivot table.

Unique visitor Metrics

Before we moving into this,

What is Unique visitors?


Ans: Counting each visitor only once in the time frame of the report.

Now, We will move into the use of Unique visitor Metrics

While at the time of creating custom report, we can now select unique visitor as a metric against any dimension in google analytics. Earlier, this option was not available in analytics. With the help

of this custom report, we can easily find how many actual visitors(Unique Cookies)

Now we can jump into Google analytics - Flexible feature.


Google has introuced two new flexible features in Google analytics

Flexible No:1

Multiple Custom Variable

If you are the google analytics user, you might use the _setvar() function. We will use this function to find the member and non member(i.e; Visitor attribute) to the website . Now some advanced

in the custom variable, you can define and track visitor attribute(e.g:member and non member), session attribute(e.g: logged in or not) and page level attribute(e.g: viewed product page).

Flexible No:2

Sharing segments and custom report templates
